5.1 — Welcome Bonus

• The welcome bonus applies only to each user's first deposit.
• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.2 — VIP Cashback Program

• Bronze level: up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver level: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold level: up to 1.1% cashback per week.
• Platinum level: up to 1.5% cashback per week.

5.3 — General Bonus Terms

• Using bonus arbitrage, software bots, or automated betting systems.
• Attempting to hack, modify, or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software.
• Stealing another user's identity or operating an account under a false identity.
• Attempting to fix matches or influence outcomes through any other dishonest means.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving abusively toward other users.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.

11.1 — Suspension/Closure by 499bej

• In the event of a breach of any clause of these terms and conditions.

• If fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity is suspected.
• Upon the order of a court, government authority, or regulatory body.

11.2 — Closure by User

• Any user may voluntarily request account closure via 24/7 live chat or email.
• All pending bets must be settled before submitting a request to close an account.
• If there is any valid balance at the time of account closure, it will be returned following the appropriate process.
